The pump is up front by the filter housing...tiny plastic piece of junk.
Throw it away bypass it is my recommendation. A good remote pump will end those problems...most guys mount them back by the tank. If it's not covered by warranty...don't waste your money on another one unless you want to buy 2 & keep one in your glovebox :)
