Good news - it appears that you have a somewhat unique Power-Wagon.

Bad news - my preexisting suspicion of information printed in manuals has just been substantiated.

This all begs the questions: Were the draft tube ventilation parts installed deliberately, or by mistake? Installed by the factory, SEG, or dealer? If deliberately, why was this substantial difference overlooked in the manuals?

Now I am interested in finding out how they made it work. What model carburetor do you have Mike? If yours has no model tag, send me a photo. I may be able to tell from an image.
