Check your window channels. You may not have them in correctly. Also check the felt channels to see if they are inserted into the door all the way check to top corners especially. If the felt is not in or the channels are not installed correctly the window will bind up and not go up all the way. You should be able to run the window up and down the entire track by hand before you install the regulator. It should go up and own with out any binding. When you have the regulator attached it should go up and down with out any issues. If it does it means that the window has tilted itself in the felt when it gets hung take a close look and see what way the window is tilted and then figure out what has allowed it to get out of alignment. I am assuming that your glass has been cut the the correct size. Also make sure that the wheels are in the track correctly at times that is not easy to do.
