1946-68 Power Wagon
1940-47 2wd (all closed cab models, but not Panels or Screen Sides)
1940 VC-3, and VF 4wd
1940-41 WC 1/2 ton 4wd military closed cabs, like a WC-1.

There are subtle changes:

The late 1967-68 (maybe 1966?) Power Wagons have an alignment pin in the door. As Tim said that requires an different striker, etc. The door itself can be used on earlier trucks by just pulling the alignment pin.

Both the Power Wagon, and the 1/2 ton 4wd military truck have a metal door panel. The 2wd 1940-47 trucks have a paperboard door panel, and an extra trim piece (easily removed) to hold that paperboard in place.

Starting with the B-1s I think the PW door got an extra plate to strengthen the lower door hinge.

The 1940-41 1/2 ton military doors do not have a door lock on the passenger side like the other trucks do.

The 1939 2wd door looks much the same as the later doors, but as Kevin said the latch is totally different.

There are most likely other differences I am not thinking of right now, but that is a start.

Eric
