I believe Plymouth stopped truck production in 1942 but YES the are the same as their Dodge counterparts. The Plymouth trucks of 1939 would have the same dead bolt style door latch as the Dodges. It would take major changes to get it to work on the later style trucks.
All I can tell you is to check and verify what you have. Things and cabs get changed so you never know.Hopefully you have the right ones. Kevin
