Looks beautiful. Why the u-joint on the e-brake drum? My '53 B3 has the drive shaft on the drum, since it goes faster than the regular output shaft. Sort of rough on the u-joint, but I only had one unravel in the 15 years I have been driving the truck. Just threw the pieces and rear shaft in the bed and drove home with the front wheels. Of course the difference means I have to be real careful not to bind up the gears in 4WD, only using 4WD on gravel or mud. No trouble steering, although the front wheels are normally supposed to turn slightly faster for better steering authority.
