Anyone looking for a dual carb / exhaust flathead?

I have a friend who has what is thought to be a 265 flathead with a really cool dual carb and dual exhaust set-up. The engine ran a few years ago, last time he tried to start it, the engine turned over but the distributor wasnt spinning. He pulled the distributor, but didnt notice anything wrong and didnt persue it any further. The engine is complete, with all the fixings.
I can bring pictures to the Lee Rally, or contact me directly and I will forward the pictures to you. It is located in Vermont, and he is asking $800.
