Heat and parafin (wax) will do the trick. I have had shoes relined locally for $20 per shoe. John Bizal at Midwest Military sells oversize shoes if your drums are oversize. VPWS sells shoes also. If I remember right, max drum diameter is 14.125 inches. Someone here will correct me if I am wrong.
