maybe they changed their business model from b to c to b2b on these rigs. lots of bs dealing with the general public. most buyers are OK, but the small percentage of SOBs can sour a program quickly. like the ww2 post war jeeps. fun until the govt became a participant in civilian lawsuits. like the hummer, no parking detent on the shifter... so run them over with a tank!
