CC I started work in a steel mill in 1969,they had a system on the soaking pits that worked like a charm. someone years before had plumbed a water pipe about one and a half inches in dia. to a large truck radiator and installed a big fan behind it. the water flow was turned to the point of a good flo but not enought to run over. it worked pretty good, it would keep the air inside about 75 degrees, the air outside was about a 100 to 115, so it worked well enough to work in comfort. the good part is you can run the water back to the well and recool your water. minumin money idea. just a thought.
