I used Por 15 over a chassis that wasn't to badly rusted. The frame was blasted then I brushed on the Por 15. It came out ok with runs on horizantal areas where I had applied to much and is hard to get off and after sanding those areas look bubbley because of air gaps in the paint. My only suggestion is to spray it.
It encapsolates the rust and bassically kills it and won't let it spread. Only problem I have been hearing is nothing sticks to it. I heard after 2 years my chassis would be peeling with the OD and black I spary painted over it but nothing yet. Also I have 0 miles on my Wc
