M's 230 Engine running with PW Distributor

Here is the M's old Engine running. Oil Pressure is 25 PSI at Idle and 40 at RPM's. Wet Compression was 125-140 psi. Starter is dragging a little, so I need to check and see why, it's also the PW's Starter.
