... I buy reloading equipment from Dillon Precision here in Arizona, and they offer a similar guarantee. I once had a very old power measure that wore out from a lot of use and abuse, and I called to order a replacement. I happened to mention to the salesman that it was a replacement for an earlier one, and he said "Oh, well then, we'll send it to you free of charge". I actually objected to this, pointing out that the assembly had legitimatly died of old age after a full and useful life, and that it would not be reasonable to expect Dillon to warantee it under those circumstances. The salesman insisted, and I am a customer for life.
Somehow I suspect that that call would have gone differently with a Chinese part...
