Is there a vacuum port in the #6 intake runner?

I bought a four door dart once, just to see if I could fix it. Replacing the reverse band in the auto helped that end, and cleaning the whole gosh darn plugged up crank vent system helped the engine immensely.

Your 125# is fine. Better if we know what the others were, but I doubt stuck rings is the prob.

My best bet: Is it possible that the carb is flooding, all the extra gas runs downhill into #6?

Or somebody plugged the pcv valve into the #6 runner, where the brake booster should go? The PCV ought to go to the carb base, so any oil/sludge gets spread between all the cylinders.

Maybe the #6 intake valve seal is gone? Oil directly onto the plug? I've sure pulled heads and seen the oil streak directly from the valve stem, across the combustion chamber, right onto the plug.

Or maybe a porosity in the head, under the valve cover, oil directly into the intake runner?

Are the spark plugs down inside of a tube? Maybe a bad seal on the tube, allowing oil into the plug?

Try swapping a different plug wire onto #6?
