Well I worked a little on the W500, and on the 46 PW and then some on the M's old 230 engine that's going into the '46 PW.

Nice to have the room to work on three, but man the parts and tools that are sc-attered around! (had to put the “-“ in sc-attered to get past the “ERROR: Lameness Warning!” For using sc-at)

Once I swapped the PW's Oil Pump, freshly rebuilt Starter, Distributor, Plug Wires, Coil, and installed New Plugs, I cleaned the points, installed an electric fuel pump, and some temporary wiring (with a kill switch) and tapped on the M's old carb to brake the bowl needle loose, she fired right up and ran/sounded good.

Sure enough the old M's distributor was bad, as I could hardly get it started when it was still in the M before I pulled it.

Now to pull the pan, intake/exhaust, valve covers, and install new seals, further cleaning, and a fresh coat of paint, she should be ready to install in the 49 PW (White one).
