I don't know where those were mounted if they were ever used on a W300M, but they were mounted on the passenger side inner fender panel on a Conventional Cab truck like a D100, W100, D500, etc.
I most likely have pictures of that application if you are working with a standard cab truck and not a W300M style truck.
