GarWood Winch what does it fit??

I picked up a 1960 Dodge the other day and it has this GarWood PTO winch mounted on the front of it model # B 2 U 512

Does anyone know what it is supposed fit?

There is more pictures at the link. I have no use for this winch and would like to sell it to someone who could use it. Ideas as to price also?
