You have air in the lines. Start with the right rear cylinder. Fill a quart jar 1/4 way with clean brake fluid and attach a clear plastic hose to the bleeder screw. Open the screw and have a helper pump the brakes keeping the hose end submurged in fluid and pump out the air periodically filling the MC. You'll know when the air is out, when it stops comming out. Then close the bleeder screw and do the left cylinder moving to the front cylinders.
