Saw the roof across at the high point, then horizontal back to just behind the doors, then vertically down. Split the weld the the cab/floor joint. Slide the back aftwards my 5-6 inches, tack the those horizontal joints, fill in all the rest of the gaps. The belt line joggles in the side fillers won't be too difficult. Floor filler will be harder, what with the curve. I bit of bondo, instant 5-window FFPW. I don't think the extra couple inches will necessitate new body mounts. I don't even think I'll need to remove the cab from the frame. Hmm, move the seat base back, or just make a new set of seat studs? I kind of like the look of an OE bench...

The bed will need it's fenders moved too. I'll do that by sawing each 'fender' out, plus 6" to the front, then swap left and rights. A little welding and some Bondo, instant bed. ("Instant" means "several days later". Or maybe a week or two)

So whadya think?
