Used it on the Desoto about 8 or 10 years ago now, seems to be holding up well. As with all finishes, prep is key. Getting the tank cleaned out is the most important part. Just be careful, you play with some nasty chemicals prior to putting the coating in.
The rust was mostly superficial on my tank, and there are no baffles or tight corners in my tank, YMMV.
