Or "Clean and Strip"? #M or Norton? Like a heavy duty scotchbrite pad in the kitchen sink. Takes it to bare metal in no time. About 120 grit. Wears down, but does not plug up. No time wast3d changing sand paper.
Then you have to get into the corners and crannies.
