I didnt read thru all of the responses. Did anyone talk about how the chipped areas have a tendancy to collect moisture and help out the rust? I spent $500 on some "nerf bars" that were powder coated and they were rusted out within 2 years from the rock chips in the bottoms. I painted them but never could get it all.
I'd go Rhino or Line-X.
