This is a National Guard marked glovebox WC 1. Instead of being built for the Army it was built for the California National guard and only a few were marked National Guard. The date on it is November of 1940 and may be the earliest Wc left. It was the 278th Wc built and served its life at Edwards Airforce base and then as a tow truck for a few years before being parked in the desert very little rust on it perfect truck for restoration. There is no motor in it now but a T214 engine came out of it and could go with the truck for a little more. The bed is in the best shape that I have ever seen very little dents. The rear fenders are in excelent shape and so are the front fenders. The cab is dented up on one side but very repairable. Most of the parts are there including some of the very hard to find ones. Windshield is rust free and better then one I paid 600 for from Vintage a year ago.
Also have a MU 2 for sale

I want 2300 OBO 805 461 1460 it is located in Paso Robles CA.
