Locating a 9.00x16 highway tread nowadays is pretty much impossible, the choices are NDT military or mudder. The reason I mentioned wanting a larger rim size is because I've pretty much maxed out the size that I can get with a 16" rim. To get a tire diameter larger than 36", a larger rim is needed. I'm not going to find a highway tread tire that large that fits on a 16" rim.
