He is running the 1/2 ton housing. I don't remember what outer he is running. Regardless, he made and acquired everything on his own to do his conversion. If you can't find anything readily available, then he can probably point you in the right direction.
Then the inner differential and axleshafts are unique and cause a bone crushing snap every so often ;o) They didn't break and I'm sure once he gets time to open it up, he will figure out what was causing the noise.
