Frame cross-member needed

I want to repair a chop job done to the 3rd crossmember of my frame. When this truck was being converted to a brush truck a large section was torched away.

Does anybody have a good 3rd crossmember or even a piece of one that they would sell me?

I'm thinking of cleaning up the torch job and welding in a matching section.
