Joe, the guy I bought my 57 w100 power giant has a 56 power giant that was converted to 4x4 by the Coleman company of Littleton Colorado, as the story goes they produced few for Dodge and then the next year Dodge decided to do there own. I have read about these 56 trucks some and are very rare, supposed to be 2 truck east of the Miss. river and I think he told me 4 nation wide. Maybe thru the years the title got messed up and listed as a 59? The front axle on the Coleman was real strange looking, as I look at the pictures of this truck the rear looks way differant from the dodge rear I have. If we could see the front axle this might be a Coleman 4x4 conversion and would be something to have for sure. I did see that someone has installed a set of hanging pedals in that 56 cab. Numbers get transfered wrong on titles all the time, someone sees a number and types somethin else I did it myself. I would love to see a picture of that front axle for sure.
