Assemble all the hydraulics on the truck with the front frame of the truck sitting up on jack stands with little to no weight on the front tires (so the booster cylinders can be fully extended). Fill all cylinders with hydraulic fluid with the rods extended before mounting them to the truck. Put just enough fluid in the reservoir so the pickup strainer is covered. Then open the valve and physically collapse all cylinders, and lower the truck from the jack stands, to force all fluid from the cylinders back into the reservoir.

If the reservoir takes all the fluid from the cylinders (the lines will remain full) with overflowing, then the capacity should be correct.

You could probably do this as a bench test too. Fill the reservoir with just enough fluid to cover the pickup and empty your three filled cylinders with rods extended into the reservoir. It should not overflow if it has enough capacity.
