Russ. I have a set of IH hubs on my '69 W500. The ones you found will most likely be the same as the ones I have. They are quite massive hubs and, of course the bolt pattern, the spline count and the diameter of the axle must be correct for them to fit. Mine are secured to the housing by allen head screws.
If you are willing to spend the time with a thin-walled socket or a ground down box end wrench, I am sure someone would buy them. JH
