Thanks about the dolly. I will be making one from an axle that came off a covered 20ft boat trailer my brother-in-law had. This axle is 3000lb and is about 5 inches square. Unusual design but low profile which should suit the dolly design. I built a rotisserie for my suburban to sand and paint so the welding is not a stranger. I also have a friend which does sewing that can custom make the strapes. He has done very heavy stitch work for my insert, for my land mine blast boot. If his machine can stitch this material it can stitch anything. Anyway I ramble. thanks again.
