Winget, the other guy is just a friend. He is not going to restore it. It's rough, but I have seen rougher. Has a hell of a steel flat bed and I think it will dump. Set up for single or dual wheels. Engine will turn over but not fire? Still available till Wed for $500. You want it? Keep me in mind if you can find a reasonable Civilian PW.
