Gerry is right. The distributors are interchangeable.
Best way to go is to buy an electronic distributor replacement kit from Mopar performance.
It comes with everything you need all brand new for about $120.
You can buy a rebuilt 360 distributor from chain auto parts stores for about $35, but why bother?
