The engine mount was shaped like an upside-down Y and was attached to the cross-member.
The right timing chain case is easily identifiable at a glance. The waterpump mounting is higher than on the other cover and actually extends above the intake manifold.
There was only one like it, and you're looking for '58 and newer trucks or buses with 318s, wide or narrow block.
