My brother runs the 11:00's on his M37/M42. It is suggested to add 1 extra leaf to the front springs for clearance. Looks great and performs even better. Truck still rides like a champ ( all those 1 ton's wished they rode like an M37). Also adds a bit of top gear as well as slight ground clearance. Can be seen on his truck at
