I saw an M-37 factory conversion in Powell, Wyoming about 3 years ago that had a Chrysler/Nissen diesel engine (non turbo). It had about the same performance as a 230 flathead 6. I don't know what fuel mileage was. The owner was selling it at the time and was asking $2,500.
