I have a chance to buy an M37 (not sure what year yet, mid fifties I think) for a good price. It has a frozen motor. I also have a 454 big block Chevy motor in the garage. Could these work together? I was thinking of putting in a turbo 400 and Chevy transfer case. I work as a welder and can fabricate very well. But is the engine compartment big enough and will the axles hold up to the big block? Also would the pumpkins line up with the transfer case outputs? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
