I realize this is a question whose answer will be somewhat subjective...I put a pair of fresh batteries into my M37 and have turned the motor over for the first time. (not strarted it mind you) just turned over.
one thing that imeadiately stood out was the speed, or lack of, which the engine turned over. It didn't seem especially vigorous, though it didn't seem as if it was fighting some unseen resistance either. I'm wondering
if it's just the ration between starter and flywheel or do I have a weak starter...For comparisons sake, my Fords PU 5.0 liter spins twice as fast....
