Hi Eric, they all come like that, what's your chassis number ? and do you have the cab plate (passengers door pillar) and the d/o/d ? A couple of bits of advice; if you are replacing the floor leave it loose in case it soaks up moisture and expands (yes- mine did) Be prepared for a lot of work round the waistline of the truck, and get used to the idea of leading the panels. The panels were originally brazed together and the joints leaded, if the cab door aperture joints are weak or loose (common) you have to torch out the lead, then grind out the brazing, then mig the metal, then lead the joint, THEN you can use filler to get the surface right if your leading isnt up to scratch. If the shell is really weak DO NOT take it off the chassis, you can get to all the bits you need to access with it on the chassis, and blasting is easier. VPW for seals as John said, I have some of the small Carryall-specific parts spare, but I have a VC 36 to build yet so I dont know how much. If you find carryall specific parts like the rear side window winders in good condition grab them. You can see mine at <<< http://www.powerup.com.au/~djr/archive.html >>> regards, 8154-3909 and Gordon 8-)
