Sounds like a Christmas list. All of those things are out there, just stick with it. SATURN SURPLUS has the wipers, just straight blades , only a few bucks. The winch is best if you can locate an entire truck, usually cost more to buy the pieces separately plus you know everything is there. Replace the bolts with studs to install the PTO onto the tranny to make things easier.
LAV tires are out there and work great.
