Since mine is 12 volt, and I scored a case of the connectors, every vehicle and 12 volt machine I own has one. Damn convenient when it's cold out there and a battery is dead.
Somebody needs to take a close look, the plug and receptacle are keyed, and the pins are off center to prevent reversing polarity.
I made my own cable from welding cable, one with 2 plugs and one with a pair of welding ground clamps on the end opposite the plug.
