What you're concerned with is not the ratio, but the actual p.s.i. the cylinder will hold. I'm guessing your compression is down around 70 or less. Let us know what you find out. Check it dry first, then squirt a little oil into each cylinder and crank it over a bit then check it wet. Should be some difference if the valves are still good.
