Find a shop that will use the tailpipe sniffer to check the coolant system.

Otherwise, is there a spring inside the lower hose, to prevent it's collapse under the suction of the pump?

Test the flow of the radiator by removing the hoses, hold your hand over the lower fitting, fill with water, and when you release the lower hand, the water should run out in one big ka-flush, with minimal sucking/whistling from the cap.

Or are you overfilling the system? Coolant will expand when heated. The overflow tank should only have about 1/4 full when cold.
