Hi Clint, I was thinking the same thing about what Paul said about his 48 Star Flag. I was a Signalman aboard a Destroyer in the early sixties and during my schooling our instructor mentioned only flying the current Flag. There must be an official exception by now for our celebrations and vehicles.
