Interesting, never thought about taking the stuff to them...
You'd be surprised, as 'large' as toronto is, there are no custom glass shops (or at least thumbing through the phone book, making cold calls hasn't found anyone helpful yet). I guess people either don't do this sort of business up here, or they're too busy putting windows in Toyota Corollas or something, to do something a little bit different.
Its come down to me finding flat glass, and having a water-jet company slice it up to the sizes that I need.
I'll see if i can make some cardboard templates with the doors that I have. I'm just worried about fit-and-finish with using a cardboard template.
