Yep, that was what I meant with the rust, not failed because of rusting, but the rush shows they broke some time ago and rusted in the mean time.
I'm calling Marsh tomorrow, but 15 ft-lbs is what they call for, and it took me over an hour per wheel making many passes around in skip patterns to get the entire ring evenly torqued down even.
