Hey Tim, Sorry, I cannot help you, but I wanted to say you think a liberal state like Vt would not have inspections. Here is overall conservative Florida there are no state inspections. It is a double edged sword though because junk cars can run around down here and could be dangerous (although I have never witnessed such an event or even heard of one ) Good they caught your issue, but too bad they have to be in your business.. Email me about the WC4 stuff when you get time.. I have saved emails on it so I can resend to you what I am looking to pick up.
