The markings on the bumper stand for 92nd Anti-Aircraft Artillery Group. The round plate is a bridge classification plate which indicated the size and type of bridge needed for the vehicle to safely cross. The numbers on the hood are the army registration number (like a license plate) for the truck. I can't find any information on them in Normandy during the invasion, but there is stuff on them on the web. Good luck.
