When my trucks have been shot with Line-X, the tail gate is removed. Any hardware is removed and masked, screw holes are plugged. Then its shot. The screws are not shot with Line-X so removal is no issue. I guess it all depends on the person applying spray on liner. Or the customer tells them how we want it done.
