Painting of frame

This for the guys that play in the mud. Need to put some paint on the frame. Truck is every day driver, not doing a restration. I think some one on the forum used a black rattle can paint but don't remember what it was. Was it the rust paint or the grill paint? Just going to pressure wash it, very high pressure, hit the spots that it does not work on with sand blaster and paint it. Any help? thanks
