I got home Thursday evening from an awesome time in Texas. Many thanks to Mac for hosting the Rally and providing about a hundred pounds of smoked brisket. (No exageration!)
Had a great time seeing old friends and making new ones. Had a great time with Bill J. and his daughter Halley. (appologies if I mis-spelled her name) At 12 years old, she is driving Power Wagons like a pro.
After Boy Scout outings, we would get together and do a "Thorns and Roses" Tell a good thing and a bad thing about the outing we just did. In this case, I could do a hundred roses, and I guess the only thorn would be that it had to end.
